PS Kaish desperately wanted to be a werewolf for Halloween.
The costume store was completely out of werewolves last night.
I really can’t imagine why they would be out of werewolves
(the night before Halloween…)
So anyway, I am forcing him to be a pirate.
He is NOT happy at all.

but when we go to the store,

my sweet neighbor Jessi
-age 13-
started helping me with a project.
We went thru 2 Oprah magazines
and picked out the images we wanted to try to copy.
She wants to be a model
and I want to be a photographer.
Well…sort of, kind of any way!
This was our first try!
I did edit a little more moodily like the ad,
but Jessi and I both hated it!
So I changed it to bold and bright!
So where is Jessi getting ogled you are wondering?
Well, the neighbors driving by think we are odd!
And the older neighbor that hates me,
well, let’s just say, last week while we were doing this-
she stood at her patio door and waved a broom at us!
I am hoping that broom shaking is a beginning sign
of friendship!
Or not!
We’ll see!

Kaishon won a seat on the Student Council.

October is Fire Prevention Month.
Our city Town, has a fabulous fire station.
Gary hurried home from work the other night
so he could escort us to the Open House.
Kaish LOVED extinguishing the fire from the dryer!
This guy was SO high up in the sky!
The firetruck squirted a mixture of soap suds and water
for the kids to play in!
Kaish loved it : )
I am so lucky they let me take their pictures all the time.
