Kaish and Sabria wanted an adventure on Saturday morning.
The didn't want to go to the mall.
They didn't want to ride their bikes.
Finally they decided we should go on a hike.
We went to a park with a hiking path.
(A winding cement pathway that was next to cornfields)
Kaishon fell and hurt his head and arm.
Blood was everwhere.
Sabria said the heat was bad for her hair and she cried.
Just in case you wonder...
We will NOT be going on any more hikes for a while : ).

The 5 hours of un-braiding were so worth it! The heat is not bad for her hair. I love it.
I apologize for putting hair in front of a bleeding male and hope your son is OK, but we women have our priorities after all...
Yeah, hikes aren't all they are cracked up to be. TV makes then so glamorous. Everyone's happy, the birds are singing, the weather is perfect, and no one falls down and bleeds all over.
I think the hair looks fine...just keep those head bands handy.
And that CORN!!
At least you got some great pictures out of your hike!
I love taking the kids for the walks they asked for and then before we turn around to come home they are having fits.
